The worst Hotel i have booked in my Life. Me and my Wife want to Check in at 11:30 pm. The Hotel Guy Said to us: We are Full now! Thank you for nothing! Stand there in the middle of the night..having no idea where to go... Complete lost. Thank god, she was not left alone in the streets and i was with her. Official check in time until 00:00 Guy at reception refused to talk to us. He was rude and extreme impolite Only waving his hand ("to piss off") Then closed the gate Tried to contact via the number at the Booking reference, number written at the hotel wall and tried to ring the bell.
